Penarth Group School is an independent school catering for boys and girls aged 11-18.

The school​ forms part of the Penarth Group. Which is part of Care Haven UK Ltd.

Penarth Group includes residential care at either – Penarth House or Kamina House.

The school is registered with the Department for Education (DfE) to meet the needs of up to 15 pupils.
We provide education for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, communication difficulties, and mild learning difficulties. l All of our young people have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP).

The school accepts students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs, though they may face additional challenges and diagnoses including ADHD, Asperger’s, SpLD, MLD, OCD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Foetal Alcohol Syndrome or a variety of other conditions.

The school provides effective support and a suitably differentiated curriculum, enabling them to progress and succeed to the best of their ability.
